Thank you for visiting our website. Michigan Mobile Home Connection's primary function is buying and selling as well as brokering pre-owned and bank repossesed manufactured homes. We maintain an inventory of at least 10 to 15 homes on our lot as well as 30 to 40 homes in parks not far from our office and most all can be moved. Because of our relationships with banks we are able to find homes at great prices resulting in huge savings to our customers. We have access to more repo's than any broker in the state, So if we don't have the right home for you on our lot, we will find it for you.
We have banks for financing, we will consider trade-ins, we can move and set homes, and most importantly we have the best prices in the state. 
MMHC is located in Grand Rapids, Mi and serves all of Michigan. Our friendly, knowledgeable sales staff will give you information on manufactured home communities, financing, moving, construction guidelines....everything you need to get  into a beautiful home as soon as you need it.

The manufactured homes on our sales lot are all priced to sell quickly, and of course, we entertain any reasonable offer. Some of our homes are in various stages of refurbishing. So, if you care to do some of the work yourself, we'll adjust the price accordingly, or we can finish your home to your specifications. Whatever your needs may be, we will find the perfect solution.
